The Dufouleur family has been established in Nuits-Saint-Georges, working the vineyards and producing some of the greatest wines of Burgundy since at least 1596, and no doubt longer.

400 years later, Maison Dufouleur Frères passionately follow the occupation of their forebears, illustrated by the family name, the fouleur—grape crusher, evoking images of the ruby-stained limbs of the cheerful winemakers.
