Bourgogne Chardonnay

Origin

Aged and bottled by Dufouleur Frères

Terroir

AOC Bourgogne - 100% Chardonnay Le Fouleur Chardonnay is a superb introduction to this great varietal as well as to the great Burgundian "terroirs." Cultivated today all over the world, the Chardonnay grape has its origins in the small village in southern Burgundy from which it got its name. Inseparable from the chalky clays of the Burgundian terroirs, this is the ultimate expression of the world's most famous dry white wine. Maison Dufouleur Frères makes this wine principally with grapes from the Macon area, which gives a rich aroma and lovely mineral expression.

Wine Making

This wine is aged in stainless steel vats from 6 to 10 months with freshness on the nose and in the mouth a priority for every vintage
