Terroir

AOC Pouilly-Fuissé - 100% Chardonnay This is the great white wine of the Macon region, in southern Burgundy. Raised to the rank of Villages appellation, it rivals the great chardonnay of Chablis and even certain wines of the Côte de Beaune. This vineyard is located in the heart of magnificent countryside, at the foot of the prehistoric cliffs of Solutré and Vergisson. The soil is a heavy clay and silt composition, making for a unique terroir.

Wine Making

This wine is aged in stainless steel vats from 6 to 10 months with freshness on the nose and in the mouth a priority for every vintage.
