AOC Saint-Véran - 100% Chardonnay Created in 1971, the appellation Saint-Vern covers nearly 600 hectares and six villages. Although less well-known than its cousin Pouilly-Fuissé, the vineyards of Saint-Veran share the same privileged orientation, exposures and calcareous subsoil so essential to fine Chardonnay wines.

Wine Making

This wine is aged in stainless steel vats from 6 to 10 months with freshness on the nose and in the mouth a priority for every vintage.
